I have always strived to create a classroom that models or magnifies the words of Bennett. There’s something to be said and celebrated about a classroom centered on compassion. As we prepare to enter the next phase of pandemic education I am determined to equip and empower the many parties involved in the re-opening of schools. Educators, parents, and students need resources, collaboration, and communication. If ever there was a time for a fika, it’s now.

So what’s fika files? In short, it’s a Google classroom for the subject seekers, dreamers, and doers of the world. This September it’s focused on THE hot topic, which is education. From Back to School classrooms for parents and teachers, to the soon-to-be-launched GO mantra, it houses “a little bit of everything we’re talking about.”
